HI i have been using the App/ the website to log my calories for a bit... i had an ankle sprain i got on the treadmill a few months ago and i had to wear this big boot and i couldn't really work-out. I am back to try to feel healthier and hopefully be more successful with the help of some friends from MFP. :) In the past i have lost motivation but i hope i can stick with this and work out smarter and with better results.

  • Hi. I had something similar happen to me. I got started on a weight loss mission and broke my ankle walking down the stairs; really threw a wrench in things. I restarted my weight loss goal yesterday. Feel free to add me if you'd like. :)
