Hello from Guernsey
I started my journey in April at 15st3.5lb I am only 5ft 4 so not great health wise! I am 52 and fed up a wanted to do something! Started on Mounjaro but did not chase the doses. I then added in exercise I do Strength once a week and attend Boxing training x3 a week that’s HIIT and great fun. I then re-joined MFP to start tracking calories and monitor my nutrition. The weight loss now is painfully slow! (Only 1.5 lb off in September) But my chest & heart appointment shows masses of improvement so that’s good! My muscle mass is already very high apparently I am a “sturdy” build 🤣 but I can see all the areas of fat I need to shift, hoping for another 2 stone.
Happy to have any hints & tips to up that weight loss!
