How to know if the food is row or cooked in here?
I know this may sound stupid, but I’m struggling to figure out whether the food I’m searching for is raw or cooked when it’s not mentioned—especially the ones with a check mark ✔️. I’m talking about simple foods like chicken or beef. For example, “93% lean beef” — is that means raw or cooked?
I actually prefer to find cooked or baked versions since they’re easier for me to track, even though I know they’re not the most accurate. Any advice or tips would be highly appreciated.

Search for entries that specify cooked. if it's undesignated, the best you can do is compare it to a source you trust that is designated as cooked or raw.
E.g.: beef, ground, 7% fat, cooked
That will likely turn up a few different entries that might specify cooking method, cut of beef (not all that important when you know the percentage fat), and whether it is drained or not.
