Frame- 185 cm 100 kg wt 33 years (age)

Gone down from 107. Goal to reach 90 in next 45 days with good chiseled body. Long term goal to have a good calisthenic physique. 

Basic workout- cycling, jogging and chinups 

Protein rich diet. Need to cut down sugar and fried food to near zero. Work in progress.
