I like them both ways0

I prefer it cold. While I believe that it may have some health benefits, I don't believe it has any significan impact on weight loss0

I drink it both ways. Lately I've been drinking iced half green half passion tea. YUM.0

Hot tea helps me relax and makes my throat feel better when I'm sick. I used to drink tea while writing college papers so I could relax. I like cold green tea when I want something refreshing or with a meal (I mean just plain green tea with some ice added in).0

Me too! I start with a hot mug and drink half, forget about it. Come back and finish it off cold.
My favorite is the Green with Lemongrass.0 -

I think both types are rather calming. I love to have some at breakfast or lunch. Green tea is supposedly suppose to boost metabolism. I wonder if hot tea is more potent. I've read hot coffee has more benefits than chilled.0 -

Part of what makes green tea so healthy is tannins (polyphenols). You need to steep the tea at 80°C (176°F) or higher to properly extract more of those from the leaves. Unfortunately, tannins are also what gives green tea its slightly bitter taste so a lot of people prefer to keep their brewing temperature around 60°C (140°F) which is still hot enough to extract amino acids.
Personally I make iced green tea by adding the leaves to a pitcher of cold water & refrigerating for a few hours. The end product tastes much better even if it's a little less nutritious.
Really, just drink it the way you like it. So long as you don't overdo the caffeine it'll be good for you.0 -

I don't think it matters. Just don't put milk or sugar in it.

Cold. I've tried it hot and didn't care for it.
I buy the Tazo tea bags and make a pitcher. It's very close to what you would buy at Starbucks.. I don't add any sugar.0
