    Please be careful about providing such personal information to us strangers on the internet. I could (and did!) look up your pediatric practice online. It would be a simple step to find more information about you, personally, and then perpetrate a scam on you.

    People are not as nice or as honest as I’m guessing that you probably are.

    In any event, welcome to the app! I just celebrated my seventh anniversary here. While it seemed like to took forevvvvvvver to lose the weight (from 22W down to size 4), in reality, it “only” took a year, then a year of finding what weight I really wanted to be at (I had dropped too low, which still sounds unbelievable to me), and I’ve been (carefully) in maintenance the last five years.

    If you take this slow and steady like the tortoise, you will win this race.
