Pumpkin Protein Pancakes

Just made these for lunch and they are awesome!!!! Healthy too :smile:

Pure Protein - Whey Protein - Vanilla Cream, 1 Scoop (34g)
1 tablespoon Libby's - Canned Pumpkin,
1 egg
1/4 Fage - Nonfat Greek Strained Yogurt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 to 3/4 pumpkin pie spice ( I added a teaspoon and it was a bit much)
1 tablespoon Stevia Extract In the Raw (granted I didnt taste it may try without it next time)

In bowl mix all dry ingredients then add in wet. Mix till all incorporated and place by spoon fulls onto griddle or pan. Flip when bubbles are numerous. Enjoy with whatever you want on top. I made two medium pancakes that were approx 5-6 inches across. The nutrition numbers are below. For 273 calories and 37 grams of protein!!!!

    These sound great, just wondering what the units are on the recipe - 1/4 Fage - Nonfat Greek Strained Yogurt = 1/4 tablespoon? 1/4 cup? 1/4 pound?
