Locked out of premium

I am a premium member and cannot get into my premium features. I logged out and back in, I changed my password, I updated the app. Still can’t get in and I am paid until 7/2026.
Worked fine yesterday.

Had the same issue. Submitted a ticket, they confirmed I have Premium active through January. Something is going on that's not reflected in status….
