Fighting Cravings

Hello, friends!

As I continue on my wellness journey, I find myself fighting with cravings. One trick I've learned that works, is to find a healthy alternative. Every craving food has a healthy alternative to it. I am a sucker for Doritos and I found a whole grain brand in Kroger that tastes pretty amazing. I also love sweets, so I've opted for sweet fruits to ease that craving. So far, it is working and my cravings have died down. I hope this helps someone! How do you fight your cravings? Any tips to continue the endless battle?
