So I've been on a mission to lose weight for a couple of months now (about May) and I'm happy bc I've been losing HOWEVER I feel like I'm losing mostly on my butt/hip area and my upper area looks the same. I began noticing this but thought it was all in my head but people have started to comment. I went to the club last weekend with my best friend and she told me that my butt was disappearing. She kept saying "I just can't believe it u used to have such a big butt and now its gone" Are there any exercises I can do to lose inches off my stomach area? Has this happened to anybody else? Bc I always thought that the weigh loss started coming off the whole body proportionately...

Hi Girl,
Sadly we can't spot reduce, but we can strengthen an area. Keep on your journey. Try lots of HIIT workouts and Circuits. Well rounded workouts are total body. Jillian is a god send. I suggest her videos. Try doing 2 of hers maybe in a weeks period. SHe always makes you have bursts of cardio but also body/strength training exercises. Love her videos. Those really give you results. Also, make sure your eating lots of lean proteins, veggies, and fruit. The nutrition is a key component for the ab area to lose that suborn belly fat. I still have to work on that. Don't get discouraged girl. Keep doing so well. In time we will see more results.
Keep doing your exercises and adding new ones. Your body needs to be challenged. Good luck girl!0 -
