Back At It Again
Hello Everyone, I am back to logging my food each day in an effort to get healthy. A little rundown in my journey so far. I am 38 years old and close to 300lbs. As an athlete, that is not acceptable! My struggles with my weight began in college but worsened in my 20s and between COVID and some personal things I have gotten pretty unhealthy with the bad eating habits to boot! So I am back, the goal is to get through the holidays with a better sense and understanding around my habits, moving consistently and in 2026 really make a push to hit some goals. I want to run a 5k again, I want to join some rec sports leagues and I want to start building the discipline that can stay with me the rest of my life. Thanks for reading!
