Would like to challenge you all to a 5 pound weight loss journey starting December 1st 2025, two days a week fasting with water, popcorn, fruit or a low calorie snack all day for two days. The rest of the days we can eat a designed calorie intake meal that fits our budget for weight loss. We can exercise on the days we are not fasting for at least and hour. Lets report to one another at the end of every week to motivate one another. Lets kick the calories down a notch. Please check with your health care provider to ensure this is safe for you.
