Starting Again.....

Hello.

I feel like I've done every diet under the sun. The last time I was active on myfitnesspal was back in 2016. I'm looking to lose about 70 to 80 pounds. But the most important thing is to control my blood sugar through diet and exercise and lower my cholesterol with making healthier choices. Easier said then done.

I've been successful with losing weight during my lifetime, but it has been impossible for me to keep the weight from creeping back on. I am a stress eater and tend to lose control and binge eat when stressed and bored.

I would love to have an accountability buddy to do this weight loss journey with. Someone who is serious about losing weight, someone who tracks everything they eat and drink, someone who wants to check-in daily. If that someone could be you, let me know.

For today, starting another day one of a diet, my goal is to explore this app again and track every single thing I eat and drink. What an eye opener this will be!
