Hi there to all Fitness Pal members! I have been tracking calories on and off with MFP for many years, but I seem to be always struggling to maintain what I consider to be a healthy weight. I am hoping by joining the community that I will stay more accountable and be able to give and also receive positive motivation to stay consistent.
