MY mode of exercise will be walking miles & my goal is 100 miles! 😵‍💫 Dec is rough!

    Tuesday: 60 minutes trampoline

    Stretches: wrist 20” 👌

    Dec 2nd ending total…4.00 walk miles. Dec 3rd…..3.00 walking miles + 30 min stretch exercises (I’m in Physical Therapy) TOTAL walk miles/steps thus far….7.00

    Wednesday: cardio 50” Trampoline & 30” gym (rowing, setups, band pull-downs)


    Thursday: cardio—30” Trampoline

    ST— 20” vacuuming and mopping

    (my day of rest) 😂
