Pleased to meet you, @catrinacharles10525 , and good on you for a decision to improve your health. That said, there's a few red flags we need to address…
First, this site is intended for adults, NOT teenagers who usually have different body chemistry and nutritional needs than their adult selves. You should be asking for advice from a doctor, not strangers on the internet.
Second, your plan is to drop 120 pounds in the span of 9 months. Not realistic, not healthy, not even sure it's possible outside of drastic situations. Biggest Loser and related shows may make it seem possible, but a starting weight of 230 you are NOT in that category.
Third, you're talking about losing over HALF your bodyweight. That is an enormous change. You need to think long and hard about why you chose that small a destination weight as a goal.
Ok, all that out of the way, what advice can we give you?
Talk to your doctor.
Sorry, but I'm not going to give any further advice to a person still in their formative years and talking about unrealistic, unhealthy goals. I wish you luck.
