Food search

When I type a food name in the “Search Food” bar, eg. “Latte,” and the correct item pops up in the Search Results, and I click the + button to add “Latte,” the word “Latte” stays in the search bar. If I want ti add a second item in the search bar I have to first delete “Latte.” It’s a minor inconvenience, but one that I have to navigate dozens of times a day. It would be super helpful if the word in the search bar disappeared after I selected an item the app suggested based on the search word. Thank you.
