Squat pain

Hi guys, quick question;
When I'm lifting heavy and doing low reps I'm fine just hurts ma butt (gooood)
But when I do body pump classes (high reps lower weight) I get such bad pain in my lower back almost tail bone area that I can't ever finish or even squat deep. Any know why this may be?

    First guess your losing your proper form due to the amount and speed of the exercises. A good amount of people have had issues with lower weight but just fine with the heavy weight. Personally i find its much easier to keep proper form with heavier weight, after all there is more at stake if its wrong.
