Hello everyone,
I changed my diet to a vegetarian diet about 3 years ago. Even after becoming vegetarian I didn't not eat very healthy until a few months ago. I noticed in the last two months, I have a hard time to eat certain type of food I used to eat. I have a hard time eating things that contains a lot of fat, like cheese, fast food, even pasta in general is getting hard to eat. I was wondering if anyone else had that when they started eating healthy.

Thanks :)

I was vegan for two years in my early 20s, but since it turns out potato chips and Pepsi don't have any animal products, my diet wasn't all that healthy ;) I've recently gone vegan-ish again, but my motivations are primarily for health, and more specifically preventing the diabetes that runs in my family. The difference has produced a much different diet, and it really is much harder to eat unhealthy foods now. When you know better, you do better.
