Gluten Free / Diary Free

My naturopathic doctor has just suggested a gluten/ diary free diet for my health condition. Does anyone know of any good recipes that I can use??? Or have any ideas for quick lunch ideas during the work week (besides salad) lol

BTW - my daughter is gluten free and i have yet to find a bread we like... I am dairy free and nut free and meat free and egg free... eating out our house is delightful at times! good thing i love veggies!!
