Calories burned by crawling...

My wife and regularly go fishing and I spend a lot of time after dark hunting worms to use on our hooks. This usually consists of crawling slowly for one to four hours on my hands and knees while occasionally stopping on all fours to scan a piece of ground. I also end up shifting my weight to one knee and one leg in order to stretch out to get worms just outside of arm's reach (kind of like a Pilate or Yoga move). I'm a male and I weigh around 240 pounds at 6'0", and I know I feel like I got a workout afterwards. Any idea of the calorie burn rate on this?
Thanks!
Thanks!
