Calories Allowed Going Down

When I first started this, my calorie allotment for the day was about 1500 cals. As I lost weight, my calorie allotment automatically went down. That should not be a problem, but I feel that it is going down too quickly. I started @ 207# with very little exercise. That was about the end of March. Now I have lost 19# and my calorie allotment is down to 1200. I'm hungry by the end of the day with this few of calories. I try to walk my dog about 1.5-2 miles per day ... this is about the only exercise I get.
How can I increase the amount of Calories allotted? Or should I even do that?
Thanks for any help.

If you are an adult, eat like an adult. 1200 kcal a day would be sufficient for a child, up to the age of 7.0
