Anyone else seem to have a psychological barrier?

I've been stuck fluctuating between 65.1kg and 65.2kg for about a fortnight now and as ridiculous as it sounds, I'm sure it's because I'm convinced I can't reach the lower half of the 60's. I get on the scale expecting to see a number in the 65's. Last time I dieted I got stuck on the exact same number - couldn't break into the 64's for almost a month! Once I did though it got easy to keep losing. Kicking myself that I regained after a few months and got above that hurdle again.
The strange part is I'm definitely losing inches - my pants are much looser than they were even a week ago.
Does anyone else seem to psyche themselves out around a certain number? If so, how did you break the mindset?
