Here's the debacle: I started my diet over a year ago, and things went swimmingly. I cut back on calories, I exercised, and everything else one is supposed to do. Fast forward to this summer: I still maintain my same calorie intake and exercise regularly (though not as frequently). But it seems that I keep gaining my hard-lost weight back! I've heard that I can "switch up" calorie intake so as to trick my body, but when I eat more, I feel gross. Am I just hooked on logging calories? Will I ever lose weight again? Will Superman save the world? Will somebody help me?
