Carb Cycling with Intense Exercise???

Hi all!

In January I started my weight loss journey following the Metabolic plan. I have lost nearly 40lbs so far with nutrition alone, but three weeks ago I committed to adding exercise 5-6 days/week to my plan. I am loving the gym and do Functional Interval Training burning on average 600-800 calories per workout/day.

Therefore I am burning a lot and have decided to try a different eating plan after all these months on the same one. It just isn't working for me with this intense exercise and I'm definitely not eating enough. My body is in a MAJOR plateau right now.

I watch and am inspired by Chris Powell and just bought his new book. I want to give Carb Cycling a try, but don't know if I should do the Turbo or the Fit cycle due to my current exercise status. If I do the Turbo my calorie intake seems to low and if I do the Fit I'm worried that my calorie intake might be too high.

Please help!
