TapOut Xt'ers willing to share and support?

Hey guys,
I heard about TapOut XT recently as a friend of my partner's had started it and really enjoyed it. I was tossing up between doing this and signing up to a bootcamp but for money reasons decided to stick with TapOut. I've just finished Day 10 and I'm really enjoying it, it really pushes me and I feel like it works me harder than the last bootcamp I did. I got really good results over 12 weeks with my last bootcamp, and I'm hoping to get similar results with TapOut (I had my final med school exams in between and gained back far too much
).
ANYWAY. I'm hoping there are some of you that have done TapOut or who are currently doing it who are happy to share their results and support?
I'm sticking to a good-ish diet - I usually let myeslf have a cheat meal on a Friday night but last weekend I ended up having a bad weekend. But I've been good during the week and I just need to tighten my weekend control in terms of diet! As obviously I know diet is super important!
So I'm on Day 10 and these are my results so far:
- lost 1.9kg (4.2 lbs)
- lost 3cm from waist (~1.2 inches)
- lost 2cm from hips (~0.8 inches)
and a tiny amount lost from chest/legs/arms (~1-1.5cm).
My main goals are to lose around 6kg in total, and lose 10cm from waist and 12cm from hips. Really wanting to tone my legs, butt and abs!
I'm happy so far as I'm feeling stronger (slowly doing more and more pushups not from my knees!) and my results seem good to me over 10 days, seems like a program to give lasting results.
But I'm hoping it maintains my fitness and tones me up as I feel I don't have time to go for runs or do weights on top of TapOut.
Sorry for the long ramble.. anyone with stories or support to share? I'm excited for this!
