Duck gravy!
I roasted a crown of duck and made sauce/gravy using the juices plus stock and half a glass of red wine. Obviously, I can work out the bits I added (stock and wine) but the 'juices' have got to be quite calorific???
The family are having a full dinner tonight, but I'm just going to have a plate full of veggies with the yummy sauce!

I'd probably send it through the recipe builder, maybe do the sauce ingredients seperately. Measure what you end up with and divide it into servings.0
