I started this a very long time ago and got a little sidetracked, gained a few more pounds including a few more health issues. I have been back on track for about one month now, however I am not going to weight myself as it's depressing for me to see how hard I have controlled my eating and still haven't dropped a lot of weight. I can tell by my clothing, maybe one or two pounds down but currently I have been working midnights which is screwing with my lifestyle.
When I got back to my normal schedule starting next week IT WILL BE bike riding and walking on the beach and down A1A for me...
Anyone in the Brevard area that would like to meet up Fri-Sun for walking let me know, I live a block off of the beach so great area with a great view for walking. It seems to motivate me more to have someone to walk and/or bike with.
