Looking for quick n healthy meal ideas all types breakfast, lunch, dinner

I made this last night. It's so good. I only used 1/3 cup vinegar, though.
Crock Pot Balsamic Chicken
Ingredients
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons dried minced onion
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 24 ounces) or breasts
sprinkle of fresh chopped parsley
Directions
Combine the first five dry spices in a small bowl and spread over chicken on both sides. Set aside. Pour olive oil and garlic on the bottom of the crock pot. Place chicken on top. Pour balsamic vinegar over the chicken. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours. Sprinkle with fresh parsley on top to serve.0 -

Unstuffed Cabbage
Ingredients:
1 1/2 to 2 pounds lean ground beef or turkey
1 tablespoon oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small cabbage, chopped
2 cans (14.5 ounces each) diced tomatoes
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon sea salt
Preparation:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and onion and cook, stirring, until ground beef is no longer pink and onion is tender.
Add the garlic and continue cooking for 1 minute.
Add the chopped cabbage, tomatoes, tomato sauce, pepper, and salt. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, or until cabbage is tender.
Yield: Serves 6 to 80 -
at breakfast you can be 'tricked' by most cereals/toasted muesli with hidden sugars and fats. these may take 10 min of prep on a sunday and buying 7x $1 300ml containers from sams warehouse, but theyre yummy and you can add all sorts to them. i add 1tsp maca powder to each type, swap the cocoa for raw cacao, ad lsa or goji berries if i feel inclined. best of all, some nice person already knows the secret! - theyre in the fitnesspal database.

Love my eggs in the morning. I usually just eat 4x eggs and 5x egg whites for breakfast now, but it's easy to jazz them up with just a few veggies and chicken sausage.
Also, in the same vein, Quiches are great because they can be cooked in a large volume and the reheat very, very well all week and are good for any meal. Again, it's not necessarily quick to make by itself, but you have at least 8 meals out of one prep.
Summer Veggie Quiche with no starch and added meat (bacon in this case, but lots of meats are good
First Price - Egg, 5 egg
Market Basket - Liquid Egg Whites, 2 cup
Squash - Zucchini, includes skin, raw, 4 cup, chopped
Generic - White Mushroom, Sliced, 50 Pieces
Generic - Roma Tomato, Raw, 124 g
Trader Joes - Grilled Red, Green, Yellow Peppers and Onions, 1 container (3 cs ea.)
Parsley - Raw, 1 cup
Raw - Salt, 0.5 Tablespoons
Martha White (31g) - All-Purpose Flour, 1/2 cup
Shur Fine - Baking Powder, 1 tsp
Cabot - Extra Sharp Vermont Cheddar Cheese 28 g,
Albertsons - Monterey Jack Cheese, 7 oz
Oscar Meyer - Low Sodium Bacon, 1.25 container (20 slices ea.)
Taco Salad
Lean Beef
Spices
lettuce
tomato
cheese
salsa
Done!
Pulled meat with vinegar base BBQ Sauce
Put roast / chicken breast / whatever raw in a crockpot mostly covered with water at night before bed.
In the morning, pull out and allow to cool for a while while you get ready.
5 minutes max pulling by hand
Add Sauce or spices, like BBQ (vinegar base, not sugar base), Fajita seasoning, or anything that takes your fancy
Done! Can make a primary component in dozens of different meals, freezes/reheats well, makes a LOT for the money.0 -
