Bad eating habits?

Does anyone of you have bad eating habits that you have "gained" in your journey to a healthier lifestyle?

For me, i started my weight loss journey with limiting the portion of my food. Over the years, I seemed to have grown a bad eating habit of not finishing my food. It's great when i'm eating out since the food portions are larger than they used to be. But i feel bad for wasting all these food.

For instance, i would eat all the veggies and meat for dinner but left the rice untouched. Or i would eat half of a slice of bread, or snack on a handful of biscuit and then leave the remaining packet untouched.
