Exercising Ripped30 every second day in the beginning?

Hi,

I did ripped yesterday and i also did squats additionally. Last weekend i biked over 70 km and now I truly feel sore. I know Jillian said: exercise everyday but i feel too sore to do it today.

Is it a good idea to do it this week wvery second day and then, say, after 6 sessions, to switch to level 2 everyday?

Or would you force yourself today?
