advicd for newbies

Hi you've certainly heard it before, but it is very important (atleast i think) You log your normal eating habits before restricting any calories for the first week. I just realised i consumed 1058 cal (which i could've distributed between Two meals. I had two homemde egg salad sandwiches and 2 homemde chicken wings. At the same time i feel good it was all nutritional. I could've easily used it on chocolate and biscuits. I feel full and energetic...but still too much! It'll have to be fruits in the evening, unless i'm drastically hungry. I personnaly feel 1200cal too less. Maybe 1400 ok.
