Ladies: satisfy my curiousity

  • I did my first 5k run (No I didn't run, I walked - I am 260 lbs). I WISH I would have been wearing compression shorts for the thigh rub. Must have taken a week before I could walk without looking like I was doing the splits. I came in behind a midget in a wheelchair who was smoking the entire time. But since I never ever ever thought I would ever do a 5k, it is still a win in my book.

But next time, compression shorts for real - I usually wear a comfy tennis skirt so no one can see what is going on. Have no fear ladies, my hubby got thigh rub too - and he is his designated weight size! So, chub rub can happen to anyone I guess.

We will probably both get hung for this one, but your reference to the finisher right before you had me in stitches. I say - a 5K is a 5K, is a 5K -- awesome job!!
