Back on the Wagon

I've been pretty sporadic with my workouts over the summer. Basically, just not making the time for it, but I've been alternating C25K training and Jillian Michaels DVD's 6 days a week for the past 2 weeks. I'm astonished at how quickly things are turning back around for me! I'm sleeping better, my mood has drastically improved AND I have more energy. I actually feel good when I wake up in the morning instead of like a grumpy slug. Yay! I win!!!
