i always reach or come close to my fat/sugar max yet i have hundreds of calories left to eat. this is virtually impossible to do since everything has one or the other.
i watch my sugar intake like a hawk now, but the fat is harder to do. most low fat products have more sugar to compensate.
how can i eat my daily calories they recommend without going over the fat levels?
regardless...since i have stopped eating so much sugar, i am now sleeping better. i was diagnosed with severe sleep disorder where i basically existed on 2-3 hours a night. at least 3 nights a week i didn't sleep at all. now i fall asleep faster and sleep for longer periods adding up to 5-7 hours a night. booya baby!
of course i still get up to pee all that water i drink during the day :oP

First, I'd suggest opening your diary for view so that others can critique. Secondly, without more data on your diet, I'd suggest higher protein intake in addition to carbs from whole foods. Processed foods often contain high fats or sugars where non-processed things generally do not.

You can set your macros to anything you want. You don't have to stay with the default settings. MFP tracks all sugar together so it's easy to go over what they have set because it doesn't know the difference between processed junk food and fruit sugars.0

Low-calorie processed foods are probably the culprit. For example, I can eat a weight watchers meal every day, keep my calories low, but my sodium and carbs high.0

Not all foods have either sugar or fat. I suggest legumes and beans which are high fiber, high protein, and low fat and sugar. Also vegetables are always a good option. :happy:0
