Has anyone tried only eating the Super Foods Weight Watchers lists in their program? Just curious if you've seen good results from sticking to a Super Foods only diet...

If your goal is weight loss, you can do that with a wide variety of foods, even ones that are not on that list. All foods are super because they have nutritional value. (A calorie deficit is all that is needed to lose weight.)0

I think this used to be (or still is) the "core" program
You eat power food to satisfaction, without any "empty calories" food.
If you do eat non-power foods you have to subtract it from your weekly points
Personally don't know anyone who has done this, but they do seem to have had successful people. You would have to be really in tune with your body, since there is no measuring/counting involved.0 -
There are a lot of good items they leave off this list that our bodies need. Like good fats from avocados, nuts, oils, etc. The reason they aren't put on this list is they feel its easy to go over the amount a person "should" have of them.
I think its a good base to items we should eat, but there are foods not on here that are still good for us.0
