Hey hey. I've always wanted to share my story but it's a sad one so, here goes! I promise it has a happy ending though.
Summer of 2009 I started dating this guy, I had just left university and was living on my own/only really hanging out with him. Well, because we were lazy instead of cooking we would always eat fast food... That turned into once in a while to nearly everyday. Fast forward to January 2010 I had maybe gained..25 lbs? At that time I started cosmetology school. I was on my feet all day and never really had the energy to work out or cook so I was always having fast food for dinner. And then for lunch, and then breakfast. Before I knew it all three meals included fast food. Usually Mcdonalds for breakfast, maybe that again for lunch (and dinner) or fried chicken, or something greasy and cheap.
I graduated cosmetology school in June 2011 and a month later I realized I needed to change. Stopped eating fast food (well, I had it maybe a few times a week versus everyday) and started doing Turbo Jam. I lost about 20 lbs. I fell off the wagon in October/November and jumped right back in in January 2012. From that time on until a year later (June 2013) I lost 64 lbs! Things were going great but a few months ago I started fading again... I was becoming lethargic and unmotivated.
Well now I'm back in the game and ready to lose another 40 to 50 lbs. My success story isnt finished yet but I've come a long ****ing way from the girl I used to be.
This was January 2012. I was 235ish here.
