Hello,
I was wondering can you all view my diary to see if I am eating like I supposed to ....I just started MFP about a week ago so I am new...I also been exercising doing zumba, weight lifting and cardio an hour a day for 5 days...is that enough exercise?....if I have calories left and what I gained from exercise and I don't use them do I gain weight or lose? ..im still learning

    With MFP your weight loss deficit is built into your number of calories without exercise. If you're set to lose 1 lb a week that's 500 calories that have already been removed, 2 lbs would be 1000. With 135 lbs to lose you might be able to stand a larger deficit by not eating back your exercise calories, but the site is set up with the understanding that you will log the exercise and eat it.

    Edit to add:
    You should be at least hitting your calorie goal daily though. Eating under it and then not eating back exercise calories will make one big deficit.
