Anyone else trying to lose weight on steroids?

Hi, I am a kidney transplant survivor and have gained a lot of weight since my transplant. I have been doing fitness pal for over 3 months now and have lost 30lbs out of the 200 I want.. I am just looking for support and tips to stay on the right path. Good luck to you all on your journey.
