Just wondering if anyone is using horse stall mats for their free weight area for their home gym. I ordered some mats from ****s Sporting Goods but once I put them in the basement I can tell they really wont cut it. They'll do for now, but I think they're more for going under cardio equipment.
I looked up some 4x6 ft horse stall mats at Tractor Supply Company that are 100 lbs each and 3/4" thick rubber. They're only $39.99 a piece which is relatively cheap really. Thinking of getting two of these for a 6x8 ft free weight area around my weight bench, etc.
If anyone has these let me know what you think of them or if there is a better option out there. Thanks!
