Fighting again Medication

I have been dieting/exercising since March of this year. Although I have built a lot of muscle tone and feel much healthier, my weight has only gone up. I even had a personal trainer for awhile. I have basically figured out it is due to medication I am on so I am slowly working on weaning off. The blessing in disguise is that if this hadn't happened I would have never started eating as healthy as I do now. I am more motivated than ever to continue staying healthy and working towards looking and feeling great.

I wish you good luck in your journey! I too started exercising in march, and just started on the diet part about a month ago. Trying to lose my excess weight and build up my fitness level. Although its still a work in progress, this is the best I have ever felt in a long time. Anyways i wish you much success! Feel free to add me if you want a motivation buddy.0
