Someone told me about this product called shakeology has anyone tried this product at all and do they like it? how much is it? and what does it taste like?

    Shakeology is a product offered by Beachbody coaches. It's a meal replacement or meal supplement (depending on if you want to lose weight or just fortify your health)

    It's honestly one of the best thing I ever did for my health - I take one every day and on the rare days I forget, I absolutely notice my energy is lower.

    I'm actually offering a free sample to any of my free team beachbody clients next week (no one even knows this yet lol) if you're interested, shoot me an email and let me know - we'll talk about it! :)

    I would say the taste is something like a Wendy's frosty but a little different. Hard to say - it tastes unique but in a good way.

    I just looked it up and honestly doesn't seem like a bad idea but way too costly for me.
