Someone tell me please, just how do you do it?! All I want to do is put on healthy weight and lean muscle to improve my sand volleyball skills and overall athletic ability. I'm only 26, I'm very active and have a very athletic and active family that tries to eat healthy. However, I am notorious for sticking with a diet for about one week and good workout program for about 3 months before I start getting upset that I'm not making the results I want, so I just start to get lazy and only workout in various moments of clarity or if someone comments on me being skinny. It's very frustrating that I can't be disciplined enough to carry on this lifestyle that I want. I know what I have to do, I just want to know how you stay focused and keep up with these 3500 calorie diets that someone like me needs to put on weight. It's so expensive I feel and I seriously get to a point sometimes where I hit a wall and just can't eat another bite for the day. I take the shakes, but I get full of those quickly too. Any tips on how to focus and stay disciplined with this diet and exercise?
