What's wrong with me??

I just don't get it. I come on here and I see people who have lost 100-200 lbs with jaw dropping before and after pics. What I don't understand is how someone that needs to lose 150 lbs can be successful and I can't manage to keep off 25 lbs! A couple of years ago I lost 25 lbs and never felt better. I could stand to lose a total of 40 lbs, but a 25 lbs loss looks good on me. Slowly, the weight began to creep back. I eat pretty clean and exercise (not as much as I should but usually at least 2xweek). When I lost the weight, everyone was telling me how fantastic I looked which made me feel pressured to not gain. I think I gained it anyway to protect myself from trying to maintain if that makes any sense. Anyway, my question is for those of you who have lost massive amounts of weight (congrats by the way). How do you continue to lose without giving up? How do you press on past 30, 40, 50 lbs?? I was down 8 lbs just to put it all back on so I'm starting from square one:( Any insight into losing, persevering, and maintaining will be greatly appreciated. A loss of 25 lbs shouldn't be so hard. Would love motivators and those that would keep me accountable as friends, so feel free to add.

I am pretty much in the same boat as you, I worked so hard for about 6-7 weeks, working out at least 5-6x a week and staying within range of my calories and I lost 3lbs!! All that work for 3lbs! I do have to admit I did over eat a little on the weekends, those are always challenging for me. I was so discouraged that I got off the wagon for the last 3 weeks and gain them back. I am looking forward to seeing what kind of response you receive on this post. I am trying to get back but my motivation is pretty low. I'm thinking about going back to WW, but I just don't want to pay0
