Slim Right!!! Day 4

Hey peeps
So far the last 6months I totally feel off the wagon went back to old habits!! Big portions eating what I want I also did a lot of emotional eating due to some family problems and just stopped exercising!!! ???? So anyway been trying to motivate myself for months with no success!!! Until I finally got on the scales and weighed 80.2kg have not been this weight in 5yrs!! I put on 7kg and clothes are tight and my love handles are bulging lol So I just wanted to share that A friend of my mine offered to start walking once a week for 2hrs and then I went for drastic measures lol and bought slim right which are protein shakes and they( taste great) I just put some frozen berries with it and I am done!! I am so glad I have found a temporary solution that's working for me!! So easy shake with berries for breakfast a piece of fruit for snack then another shake at lunch nuts for afternoon snack and then a 500-600 calorie dinner of your choice obviously trying to get lots veggies in!! Just thought I would share as I finally feel motivated.., good so its time to get this weight off and start feeling hood about myself again...good luck everyone ????
