    Really awesome! Keep it up!

    I just started the "new rules of lifting" program myself. I had been stuck on cardio every day (running and biking). I think it's time for some changes. The results and testimonials from lifting, like yours, which re-validates my own new direction.

    It really does work! And it doesn't have to be tons of weight, start slow/small and work your way up, anything is better than nothing!
