New routine, need help!

Hi friends,

I am one of those -try to get to the gym after work- kind of people. Most of the time I make it there, but halfway through I am dreaming of my couch and pjs. It is so hard to find motivation...and energy...after working an 8+ hour day! So I am thinking of trying to workout in the mornings. My gym opens at 4:30am, but I am NOT a morning person. I am looking for suggestions, etc on this...what works for you for morning workouts? How do you get up so early?

  • have you tried circuits, they are effective and dont take long as far as getting up early im a stay at home mom so i cant really help u in that department. You could also look into an energy smoothie thats low in calories. Good luck
