Back at it..

I'm back! I started my journey almost exactly 5 years ago. I kept the weight off for 3 years, and then it started creeping back. I did not gain it all back, mostly because of the weight management skills I've learned from using MyFitnessPal in the past, but I knew I had to get back on the wagon before it was too late. So here I am. I've been back at it for about 5 days, and am down 2 lbs already, just because I am consciously eating and carefully choosing how I will spend my calories :)
