Workout 7 of Body Revolution and Cardio Axe from Brazil Butt Lift. I still have to do Cardio Axe, but I finished Workout 7. I just got over a cold and took a 3 day break. So it feels good to get back into exercise!0

Having said that, I'll have to see how I can mod the hand stand push ups because, at ~30%bf I seriously doubt I'm managing to pull that off.0 -
2 hour tennis lesson (group) but getting there early to do footwork drills for 20-30 mins prior which will include jumping rope, running, sideways shuffling, hopefully some serving and other foot-agility drills to improve stamina and quickness on the court. Pretty exciting...0
