    Workout 7 of Body Revolution and Cardio Axe from Brazil Butt Lift. I still have to do Cardio Axe, but I finished Workout 7. I just got over a cold and took a 3 day break. So it feels good to get back into exercise!

    Planning on hitting the gym after work. 35 minutes of ski machine, then crunches, weight lighting (arms, chest and back), then 25 minutes of treadmill on an incline at brisk speed.

    2 hour tennis lesson (group) but getting there early to do footwork drills for 20-30 mins prior which will include jumping rope, running, sideways shuffling, hopefully some serving and other foot-agility drills to improve stamina and quickness on the court. Pretty exciting...
