Eat less, move more. Spot reduction is a myth, and there's no exercise you can do to make your body use fat stores from a particular area. It will use fat stores from wherever it wants, and for a lot of people, the last place it chooses is the stomach. Just keep on the weight loss train and you will lose it eventually.

Eat at a deficit, do cardio and resistance training and have patience.

You can't pick and choose where fat comes from when. Your body decides, fat loss is a total body process. For some, stomach fat is the last to go.

Do you remember when you last didn't have it? if not then it's probably going to be the last thing to go.

That is the most difficult area for me and I have reached a weight where I am happy. I found that when I cut my sugar and simple carbs, it helped trim away the lower belly fat. However, my trainer said that unfortunately, since I've had children, it is going to take a lot of discipline with a strict diet to make it disappear. As everyone else said, you can't spot reduce fat so just continue working out like you are doing and watch what you eat.

you mean the horrible pooch most of us got??? well I am only eleven lbs/30 days in and I can happily report that its getting smaller. You can not spot reduce. When you eat right, do cardio and mix in some resistance training like yoga, resitance bands or machines at the gym.. it will start going down. I promise you that. Just take it one day at time. Make sure you take your measurements and judge by how your clothes are fitting. Keep at it.
